RICHARD AND SUE TAYLOR

Richard Ian Taylor - Descendant of Mary Christina Sciascia. (Same lineage as Diâne). Eldest son of Mereaina nee Patuaka and Ian Taylor. Brother Corran and sisters Diâne and Helene (deceased). Born in Otaki 1945 and educated in Palmerston North and Levin.

Residing in Kuku, south of Levin and self employed - own Refrigeration and Electrical business. Interests include Trains - steam or diesel powered, Four Wheel Drive Club, photography - mainly trains and vehicles, travel and armchair
sports critic.

Married to Susan nee Paku with two adult children, Teresa - 41 and Lee - 40 who both live in Hamilton with their respective partners Brian Robinson and Katherine Donald. Six mokopuna, Kahutiaterangi (F) - 16, Raetea (M) - 15, Mereaina - 13 and Riria - 9, born while the whanau were in Italy on first hikoi (Teresa's tamariki). Ezra - 9 and Caitlin - 5 (Lee's tamariki).

Susan Helen Taylor - Ngati Kahungunu ki Wairarapa/ Ngati Raukawa ki te Tonga. Born in Masterton 1949 and educated in Koputaroa and Levin. Third daughter of Matiaha and Florence Paku. Sisters Kohai (deceased) and Panatahi and brothers Hoani, Matthew and Denis. Self employed and own a consultancy company in partnership with daughter - Teresa. Interests include involvement with affiliated marae Motuwairaka and Ngati Kikopiri, whanau activities and enjoying our treasured mokopuna.
